What's the difference between a cosmonaut and astronaut? Well none really its just the Astronauts are from USA, and it greek it mean. Navigator of the star. On the other hand cosmonauts are from Russia which mean Navigator of the Universe. Of course their is also a Taikonaut from the Chinese Taiko meaning sailor in Chinese.
